Home of the Fastest Mile in Washington
The Yakima Mile is a one-mile, point-to-point road race, opening a gradual downhill course along Yakima Ave and finishing in the shadows of the historic Art Deco Larson Building. This mile is for everyone–people of all ages and abilities can come together to celebrate the joy of movement and community!

As we prepare for our 6th Annual Yakima Mile this summer, we're excited to announce that this year's prize purse exceeds $60,000. Beyond the competition, we continue our commitment to fostering a welcoming and one-of-a-kind event; highlighting and celebrating the Yakima Valley.
Together, we support the race's beneficiary: YWCA Yakima and survivors of Domestic Violence. When you participate, you're not just running a race, you're contributing to a cause that matters, helping create a safer and more compassionate community for all.

See you on Yakima Ave.
